FIELD DEPARTMENT
The title field department is made up of men and women whose goal is to physically survey all of the new orders that they are given as quickly and accurately as possible. Each two-person crew is fully equipped with the latest technology. This advantage gives us the edge we need to complete our surveys on time.
CAD AND EXAMINATION DEPARTMENTS
Our CAD department's goal is to produce true and accurate surveys in a timely manner. Each technician has had extensive training and has the experience of no fewer than 3 RPLS’s at their disposal at any given time. The CAD technicians take the raw data/ coordinate files that the field crews gather, along with an initial sketch and sheet of notes of the property being surveyed, and construct the subdivision according to a recorded plat for that addition; they then analyze the lot which is based on located monumentation. After the analysis of a lot is complete, the technicians then draw all permanent structures that lie on or in the immediate vicinity of the subject property. They then add the legal description based on the title company’s title policy. When the technician has finished drafting the survey and is confident it is true and accurate, it undergoes a rigorous review by our examination department.
INVOICING AND DELIVERY
When each order is complete, it is returned to the customer care department to be invoiced, faxed, and delivered. The file is invoiced and faxed to each party requiring a copy of the survey. The confirmation of fax receipt is placed in each file. The five-blueline (5) copies of the survey are then scheduled to be delivered to the Title Company for closing purposes.
